1. How do I book flights on trip2goa.com ? Currently trip2goa.com offers hotel packages ONLY. We are in the process of tying up with a host of airline and bus operators. From January 2007 onwards trip2goa.com will provide you with the option of purchasing stand alone air and bus tickets besides providing you the option of buying TRAVEL + HOTEL options to Goa. Currently if you have group bookings, we also handle your transportation needs by booking your air or bus requirements. What's more we not only offer you the best that Goa has to offer in accommodation, we guarantee the lowest prices on air and bus tickets.
2. Can I make a booking over the phone? Yes, you can call us on 0832 6650353 -54. You can also call on +91 9881132244
3. How do I make a booking for group travel? T2g specializes in group travel to Goa. Being based in Goa helps us take care of our guests like no other travel provider. We attend to any problem, enquiry and Goa related advice that our clients could need. All group booking requests can be mailed to us at info@trip2goa.com. You can call us at +91 9881132244 with details of your travel requirements and we will revert to you within 24 hours. Try to include as many details of your travel as possible, such as number of adults and children travelling, preferred dates and destinations, budget, etc.
4. How do I know that my booking is confirmed? Whether a booking is made online or over the phone, an email confirming your booking will be sent to you. This email will include your reservation number and other travel details.
PACKAGE VOUCHER/TICKET DELIVERY
1. How and when will I get my ticket/package voucher? trip2goa.com will email the package voucher along with other discount vouchers which come at no extra cost. If you prefer a physical copy of the vouchers, we will send the same via courier within five business days from the date of your purchase. The package voucher needs to be produced at the Hotel on arrival.
2. Where will my ticket/package voucher be delivered? Your ticket/voucher will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case there is a change in your delivery address after your transaction has been completed, kindly contact a t2g travel consultant to inform them of the same.
3. Is there a delivery charge for my ticket/voucher? There is NO charge for all courier deliveries.
4. Can I get my tickets/package vouchers delivered to a P.O. Box address? Courier companies do not deliver shipments to P.O. Box addresses as a signature is required on receipt of a package.
5. Can you deliver my ticket/voucher to my village/town? We can only deliver tickets/vouchers to the cities where our courier company has a courier service to. If they do not have courier service to your village/town, you will have to provide an alternate address for delivery of the package.
6. Why can't you deliver my ticket/voucher via the Indian Postal Service when the courier company does not have a courier service to my village/town? We do not dispatch tickets/vouchers via the Indian Postal Service as there is no facility to track the package.
7. From which city are tickets/vouchers dispatched from? All tickets/vouchers are dispatched from the trip2goa corporate office in Goa.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. How can I pay for the travel product purchased from trip2goa? We accept the following modes of payment for all purchases - credit card, cheque and demand draft.
2. How do I pay by credit card? To pay by credit card, we require the following details - type of credit card, card holder s name, expiration date and billing address of the credit card. For online purchases, the CVV batch code on the reverse of the credit card is also required. We ensure that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. To achieve this, the website is protected by Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology by VeriSign, the leaders in encryption technology.
3. How do I pay by cheque/demand draft? You can make a transaction by cheque/demand draft. The cheque/DD for the package amount should be made in favour of KAMAT LIFESTYLE Pvt. Ltd. in ICICI BANK ACCOUNT 001505002407 OR couriered to the following address:

All payments must be received within five working days from the booking date. On realisation of the payment, the ticket(s) will be couriered to the delivery address given at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. How do I cancel my hotel bookings? Although each hotel and resort has a different cancellation policy, most hotels in Goa do not allow cancellation on booking due to the high demand. Please ensure that you are absolutely sure of your travel dates and requirements before making a purchase. In case there is a cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, we will use our leverage with the hotels to refund the payment made.

1. Is trip2goa.com a safe site to make online bookings? Yes. We're committed to protecting your information. 1. Are taxes included in the prices reflected on the site? Yes, all prices of air tickets are inclusive of all taxes, levies, fees and surcharges.
QUALITY CONTROL
1. Can trip2goa.com ensure the quality of the offerings listed on the website??? Our team of professionals has personally visited each one of the resorts (toilets and kitchens included) listed on the website to ensure that the categorization is fair and not misleading. Although not true in all cases, the quality of a resort or hotel is directly proportionate to the cost one pays. Service levels at hotels, resorts and other providers would differ but it s impossible for us to control the same.
